Spring

(Click to make bigger)

Today is the first day of spring even though I woke up to fresh snow on our newly found grass. It melted soon enough but still not what I want to see.

Eventually summer will be here and when it is it brings all the Cheeseheads out on the lakes. At least the lakes in Wisconsin. This picture was taken last July 4th. This is what happens to people from Wisconsin when they haven't had football in a several months.

So which one on the boat was the Wisconsin State Spelling Bee Champion?

"Spell Yaght"
"Can you use it in a sentence?"
"I am on a yaght."
"Y..O..er...T"
"Yahoooo!!! You are the winner@!!"

I should have explained that every 4th of July our lake has a parade. This is one of the floats. As if that might not have been obvious. I do like the toilet on the boat.

looks like fun. Might I suggest becoming Cubs fans until football season?
